Terms of Service

By accessing or using HERE'S MY RANT (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and post content. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, promote (even for monetary gain) both within the Service and off of the Service, aggregate, and moderate your content on the Service. We maintain all legal rights to delete content posted on our site. If the content is important to you, please make a personal backup.

You agree not to post content that:

• Harasses, threatens, or incites violence against others
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or terrorism
• Is sexually explicit, graphic, or illegal
• Is spam, fraudulent, or misleading
• Infringes on someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights
• Information that can lead to identification of any specific individual without explicit permission from that individual (or their parent or guardian).

We may at any time review, hide, or remove content that in our opinion violates these terms or that is reported by other users. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations of these terms.

Users can report posts and comments using the “Report” button available throughout the Service. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Posts that are not reported to us may or may not be viewed by our moderation team.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propel Health Platform, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. If you do not agree to this, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
