Off-leash dogs in designated leash-only parks
Don't worry, he's friendly!' is not a magic pass to ignore leash laws. My dog is reactive and on a tight short leash for a reason. When your 80-pound dog comes sprinting across a designated leash-only public park towards us, it creates a dangerous situation regardless of how 'friendly' your dog is.
