Why bother having size limits for overhead bins if boarders are allowed to bring hard-shell suitcases the size of a wardrobe, plus a full backpack, plus a garment bag, and then shove them sideways across two slots? Meanwhile, people in Zone 4 get forced to gate-check a normal bag because the bins are full of oversized luggage.
