The endless 'June Gloom' gray drip that refuses to end
Everyone brags about how amazing summers are in the PNW, but they conveniently forget that 'summer' doesn't actually start until July 5th. For all of June, it's 58 degrees, damp, overcast, and gray. You look at the weather forecast and it's just a horizontal line of identical gray cloud icons for ten days straight.
